Although Delta-10 THC is a new molecule it shares most of its qualities with Delta-8 THC, to the point they are considered cousins, they also share a big difference. While Delta-8 THC can be a great sleep aid, Delta-10 THC will make you feel more energetic, creative, and alert. 

However, there are a lot of anecdotal reports from people who have tried it and it is believed when combined in lower percentages with Delta 8 it is a very good uplifting sativa. 

Here are some of the characteristics noted for this particular cannabinoid so far:

• Δ10 is roughly half as potent as Δ9 THC
• Δ10 is more stimulating & nootropic
• Δ10 is better than Δ9 for promoting flow states, creativity, euphoria, & focus
• Δ10 appears to have less side effects than Δ9

To put it simply delta 8 THC is sedative and relaxing, Delta 10 THC is stimulating and nootropic. Delta 9 THC would be somewhere in between the two.
